Where personal information is obtained from another source, we will handle that information in accordance with our obligations under applicable New Zealand privacy law.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to provide or administer a service, where you have authorised us to do so, where required or permitted by law, or where reasonably necessary to protect the safety or legal rights of VIXENS, our companions, staff or others.

If a privacy breach occurs, VIXENS will assess the breach and take reasonable steps to contain and address it. Where notification is required under the Privacy Act 2020, we will notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner and affected individuals as required by law.

VIXENS takes reasonable care to present profiles, photographs, rates and other website information accurately and in good faith.

Personal appearance may naturally change over time, and photographs may be affected by lighting, makeup, styling, photographic technique, image processing and the device or display on which they are viewed.

Website content is provided for general information and may be updated or changed without notice. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information current and accurate, we do not warrant that every item displayed on the website will always be complete, current or free from error.

Availability & Bookings

Companion availability can change at short notice. Availability displayed on this website, including Today’s Companions, is indicative only and does not guarantee that a particular companion will remain available at the time of enquiry.

A booking is not confirmed until it has been expressly accepted and confirmed by VIXENS.

Individual companion rates, availability and arrangements may vary. Where there is any difference between general information displayed on the website and information expressly provided when a booking is confirmed, the confirmed booking information will apply, subject always to applicable New Zealand law.

Rates, Payments & Refunds

Individual companion rates and arrangements may vary. The applicable rate will be the rate displayed on the relevant profile or otherwise confirmed by VIXENS at the time of booking.

Except where required by New Zealand law, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided simply because a client changes their mind, changes their plans, or decides not to proceed with a confirmed booking.

Where VIXENS is required by law to provide a remedy, including where applicable under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those rights.

Any refund, credit or other remedy offered outside our legal obligations is at the discretion of VIXENS and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Consent & Right to Refuse

All services are subject to consent.

Every companion retains the right to decide whether to accept, provide, continue or decline any particular service. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, including after a booking has commenced.

A booking, payment or prior agreement does not constitute consent to any particular activity.

Nothing displayed on this website, communicated during an enquiry or included in a booking should be interpreted as guaranteeing or requiring any particular activity or service from an individual companion.

These principles apply regardless of any booking or payment arrangement and are subject to the rights and protections provided by New Zealand law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, VIXENS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, temporary website unavailability, or reasonable reliance on information displayed on the website.

VIXENS is not responsible for interruptions, delays or failures caused by circumstances or third-party services outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications providers, hosting services, messaging platforms, payment providers, mapping services or other external systems.

Profiles, schedules, rates, availability and other website information may change from time to time. VIXENS does not accept liability for reasonable changes occurring after information has been published, subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under New Zealand law, including any rights that may apply under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, photographs, written content, branding, graphics, design elements and other original material appearing on this website are owned by VIXENS or used with permission.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create profiles, advertisements, websites, social media content or other material without prior permission.

In particular, companion photographs must not be copied, republished, impersonated, manipulated or used to create false or misleading profiles or advertisements without appropriate permission.

Unauthorised use may infringe copyright, privacy or other applicable rights.

External Links & Third-Party Services

This website may contain links to third-party websites, maps, messaging platforms, social networks or other external services.

These services operate independently of VIXENS. We are not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices.

Your use of an external service is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

Changes to Website Information

VIXENS may update profiles, rates, availability and other website content from time to time.

Unless otherwise required by law, changes may be made without prior notice. Changes will not retrospectively alter the expressly confirmed terms of an existing booking.
