FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A little preparation makes everything more effortless. Here are a few things you may like to know before visiting VIXENS.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Are the profiles and companions genuine?
Yes. Genuineness is something we take particularly seriously at VIXENS.
Our profiles are intended to represent the real person you will meet, including her background, where she is from and the personal details shared on her profile.
Photography may naturally be influenced by lighting, makeup and styling, but we make every effort to ensure our profiles remain authentic and recognisable.
What you see — and who you are introduced to — should feel genuine.
Do I need to make a booking?
Not at all. Both bookings and walk-ins are welcome.
If you would like to reserve a particular companion or time, we recommend booking ahead. We only require a contact phone number — there is no need to provide your name.
Your discretion matters to us. We will not call or message you unnecessarily. We will only contact you if there is an important change relating to your booking.
If you prefer to keep things spontaneous, simply visit us and see who is available.
Do I need to be 18 or over?
Yes. VIXENS is strictly 18+.
If there is any uncertainty about your age, reception may ask to see valid photo identification. If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided when requested, we will not be able to proceed with the booking.
Where are you located?
VIXENS is located at 25 Cross Street, Auckland CBD, moments from Karangahape Road.
When you arrive, simply come inside and our reception team will welcome you.
Is parking available nearby?
Yes.
The Wilson Karangahape Road car park is very close by, with access from Cross Street or Mercury Lane.
Limited on-street parking may also be available on Cross Street and surrounding streets. Parking restrictions, loading zones and paid-parking conditions can change, so please check the signs where you park.
Can I get there by public transport?
Very easily.
VIXENS is located beside Karanga-a-Hape Station, with numerous bus connections along Karangahape Road and the surrounding city centre.
What happens if I am running late?
Please let us know as early as possible if you are running late.
Without prior notice, we generally hold a booking for up to 5 minutes. After that, we cannot guarantee that your companion will remain available.
Whether we can move your booking to a later time will depend on her availability and any bookings that follow. We will always do our best where circumstances allow.
What if I need to cancel?
Plans change — we simply ask that you let us know as early as possible.
Repeated no-shows, cancellations without notice or cancellations at very short notice may mean that we are unable to accept future advance bookings from you.
Deposits are not normally required for in-house bookings. Certain arrangements, including outcalls, may require a deposit.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
What should I do when I arrive?
Simply come in.
Our reception team will welcome you when you arrive, so there is no need to call or text from outside.
Can I meet the companions before choosing?
Absolutely.
When you visit, you are welcome to meet the companions who are available before deciding who you would most like to spend your time with.
Our reception team is also very happy to introduce everyone and offer recommendations if you are unsure who might suit you best.
What if I change my mind after meeting a companion?
We are very confident in the companions we introduce, but personal chemistry is personal.
If you meet your chosen companion and feel that she is not quite the right match, you may choose another available companion or decide not to continue.
If you are genuinely unsure who you would like to see, we recommend visiting us first without reserving a particular companion. You can meet whoever is available and decide in person.
Please keep in mind that without a booking, we cannot guarantee that a particular companion — or any companion — will be immediately available when you arrive.
Where confirmed bookings are repeatedly made and then declined without reasonable cause, VIXENS may choose not to accept future advance bookings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
Cash, New Zealand bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, PayWave, WeChat Pay and Alipay.
A 10% administrative service fee applies to bank transfers, Visa, Mastercard, PayWave and payments involving foreign-currency cash.
We do not accept international bank transfers, American Express or cryptocurrency.
If you are unsure about a payment method, please ask reception before your booking begins.
DURING YOUR VISIT
Do I need to shower before my booking?
Yes. Feeling fresh and comfortable helps create a more enjoyable experience for everyone.
Private shower facilities are available, and we kindly ask guests to freshen up before spending time with their companion.
If needed, a companion may politely ask a guest to shower or freshen up again before continuing. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.
Is protection required?
Yes. Safer sex practices are not optional.
Condoms or other appropriate barriers must be used where required under New Zealand law, including for vaginal, anal or oral penetration and other activities carrying a similar or greater risk of sexually transmitted infection.
Under section 9 of the Prostitution Reform Act 2003, both clients and sex workers are required to take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection is used. A person who breaches these legal requirements may be liable on conviction to a fine of up to NZ$2,000.
Any deliberate attempt to ignore, remove or circumvent required protection will result in the service being stopped immediately, with no refund.
Can I extend my booking?
Usually, yes — provided your companion is available.
Please ask your companion first. She will check with reception to make sure there is no following booking or other scheduling conflict.
Additional time is normally arranged and paid for before the extension begins.
Can I take photos, videos or recordings?
Only with the companion’s clear permission.
Photography, video recording and audio recording are not permitted unless the companion has expressly agreed beforehand.
If any image, video or audio is captured without consent, you will be required to delete it completely. A serious or deliberate breach may result in the booking being ended immediately without refund.
Please respect each companion’s privacy just as we respect yours.
What if I have been drinking?
A relaxed drink is one thing; being significantly intoxicated is another.
If a companion believes that a guest is too intoxicated, impaired by drugs or otherwise unable to participate safely and respectfully, she has the right to decline the booking.
Where this is identified before the booking begins, payment will generally be refunded where appropriate.
Our priority is simply to make sure everyone involved feels comfortable and safe.
HOUSE RULES & POLICIES
What are the house rules?
Respect, consent and consideration are at the heart of every experience at VIXENS.
Harassment, violence, deliberately rough behaviour, disrespectful conduct or repeatedly ignoring a companion’s agreed boundaries will not be accepted.
Every companion has the right to establish her own boundaries and to stop a booking at any time if she feels uncomfortable or unsafe.
Where a booking is ended because of inappropriate behaviour or a breach of these rules, no refund will be provided.
Are refunds available?
Once a booking has commenced, choosing to finish early does not entitle the client to a refund.
If a booking is ended because a client has breached our house rules, ignored a companion’s boundaries or behaved in an unsafe or inappropriate manner, no refund will be provided, except where otherwise required by New Zealand law.
Can VIXENS refuse a future booking?
We generally prefer not to blacklist guests.
However, VIXENS may decline future advance bookings where there has been repeated no-show behaviour, serious disrespect, unsafe conduct, breaches of consent or house rules, or other circumstances that make an advance booking inappropriate.
Unless we advise otherwise, you are still welcome to visit us in person and enquire about availability.
STILL HAVE A QUESTION?
Just get in touch.
Whether you are visiting for the first time, unsure who to choose or simply want to know who is available today, our reception team will be happy to help.
